1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rapid Route platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including businesses, courier partners, drivers, and administrators.

2. Use of Service

Rapid Route provides a logistics platform for managing delivery orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating drivers. You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our platform to ship prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your information up to date. Account approval is at the sole discretion of Rapid Route.

4. Payment

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery speed, scope, and distance as displayed at the time of order creation. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (HST). Businesses using prepaid billing must maintain a positive wallet balance. Invoice-based billing is subject to the payment terms agreed upon during account setup.

5. Service Level

We strive to deliver all packages within the estimated timeframes for the selected delivery speed. Same-day deliveries are completed within the same business day. Next-day deliveries are completed on the following business day. Standard deliveries are completed within 2 to 5 business days. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rapid Route's liability for any lost, damaged, or delayed shipment is limited to the declared value of the package or $100 CAD, whichever is less, unless additional insurance coverage has been purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make timely payments. Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
